The terms that govern your use of the platform: accounts, memberships, applications and partner services.

Using the platform

  • Abuja Diaspora City connects diaspora Nigerians with vetted hubs and partners for relocation, investment, business and family-support services.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • You may not misuse the platform, including submitting false information, scraping content or interfering with its operation.

Accounts and roles

  • Every account starts as a member account.
  • Administrative accounts are granted by the platform operator only and may access management tools.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Memberships and payments

  • Membership plans are billed monthly or annually; annual plans include a 15% discount.
  • Prices, add-ons and totals are always shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You can change or cancel your plan from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Partner service fees, where applicable, are separate and quoted upfront.

Applications and partner services

  • Submitting a consultation, proposal or application does not guarantee approval or a specific outcome.
  • Our team reviews each request and responds within the stated turnaround, typically 1–2 business days for consultations.
  • Partner services are delivered by independent, vetted partners; we facilitate the match but each partner is responsible for its own work.
  • Timelines shown for hubs and partners are estimates, not guarantees.

Intellectual property

  • The Abuja Diaspora City name, logo and site content belong to the platform operator.
  • You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit.
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is." We work hard to keep information accurate but cannot warrant it is always complete or current.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform or partner services.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page.
  • Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
